Let us pray with today’s Gospel Reading (John 10:31-42)

Lord Jesus Christ,

You are the consecrated One of the Father, sent into the world to reveal His love and truth. Yet Your identity was misconstrued, You were rejected and even threatened by those who could not accept You. Lord, we recognize that at times we too struggle to believe fully in You. We hear Your words but fail to trust them completely. We see Your works yet hesitate to surrender our hearts.

Open our eyes, O Lord, to recognize Your presence in our lives, in the good You accomplish, in the grace You pour out, and in the quiet ways You draw us to Yourself. Strengthen our faith, that we may believe not only because of signs, but because we know You and trust in Your Word.

Lord Jesus, when we face opposition, doubt, or misunderstanding, give us courage to remain faithful. Help us not to fear rejection, but to stand firm in the truth of the Gospel. Purify our hearts from pride and stubbornness, that we may not close ourselves to Your revelation, but receive You with humility and love.

 Lead us, Lord, to deeper faith and greater intimacy with You. May we come to know that You are in the Father, and the Father is in You, and through You, we are drawn into divine life and like those who came to believe in You beyond the Jordan, may we too encounter You personally and grow in faith each day. Abide with us, Lord, and make our lives a witness to Your truth, so that others may come to believe through our words and our actions. Amen
