Let us pray with today’s Gospel Reading (John 6:52-59):

Lord Jesus, Risen Saviour,

You give us a mystery that challenges our understanding and calls us to deeper faith. You offer us not just words, but Your very Flesh and Blood as true food and true drink. When we struggle to comprehend this great gift, strengthen our faith, O Lord. Help us to trust in Your promise, that whoever eats Your flesh and drinks Your blood has eternal life.

Lord, draw us closer to Your Eucharistic presence. Teach us to receive You with reverence, with humility, and with love. May Your Body nourish our souls and Your Blood renew our hearts. Abide in us, Lord Jesus, as You have promised, that we may abide in You. Let this sacred communion transform us, so that we may live not for ourselves, but for You.

Lord Jesus, give us a hunger for the Bread of Life, and a thirst for the salvation You offer. Lead us always to Your altar, where heaven touches earth and grace is poured out in abundance. Amen!
