Let us pray with today’s Gospel Reading (John 10:1-10):

Lord Jesus, Risen Saviour,

You are the Good Shepherd, the One who calls each of us by name and leads us to life in abundance. You are the gate for the sheep, the safe passage to the Father, the One who protects, guides, and nourishes Your flock. Help us to recognize Your voice amid the many voices of the world.

Good Shepherd, on this Vocations Sunday, we pray for Your Church. Raise up holy shepherds, priests, religious, and dedicated servants, who will lead Your people with love and truth. Grant them courage, generosity, and fidelity to answer Your call. Touch the hearts of young men and women, that they may listen deeply to Your voice and follow wherever You lead. Remove their fears, strengthen their faith, and fill them with the joy of serving You.

Lord, You came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. Lead us into that fullness of life and help us to become faithful sheep who trust in Your care. May we, too, become instruments of Your voice, guiding others toward You through our words, our actions, and our love. Amen!
