Let us pray with today’s Gospel Reading (John 16:23-28):

Lord Jesus Christ,

You taught Your disciples to ask in Your name, promising that the Father hears the prayers of those who love You. Increase our faith, that we may approach God not with fear, but with the confidence of beloved children. Teach us to pray with sincere hearts, trusting that You know our needs even before we ask. When our prayers seem unanswered, give us patience to trust in Your perfect timing and wisdom to seek not only what we desire, but what truly leads us closer to You.

Lord of mercy, we place before You our hopes, our worries, and our burdens. Bless our families, guide our work and studies, heal the sick, comfort the sorrowful, strengthen those who are discouraged, and bring peace to our troubled world.

Lord Jesus, You came forth from the Father and entered our world to reveal divine love and lead us back to Him. Keep us always united to You, so that our lives may reflect the joy of the Gospel. As we continue our journey of faith, help us to trust deeply in the Father’s love, to persevere in prayer, and to find peace in knowing that we are never alone.

May all that we ask be according to Your holy will, and may our hearts always seek Your Kingdom above all else. Amen
