Let us pray with today’s Gospel Reading (Matthew 23:27-32):

Lord Jesus Christ,

Purify our hearts and remove from us every form of hypocrisy, pride, dishonesty, and self-righteousness. Help us not to be more concerned with how others see us than with how we truly stand before You. Give us the grace to examine our lives honestly. May our words correspond with our actions, our prayers with our daily conduct, and our faith with the way we treat others. Let the goodness people see in us come not from appearances, but from a heart transformed by Your grace.

Lord, keep us from judging the failures of others while ignoring our own. Give us the humility to acknowledge our sins, seek forgiveness, and continually return to You. May we never become beautiful on the outside while remaining spiritually empty within. Instead, make our hearts dwelling places of truth, mercy, love, and holiness.

O Holy Spirit, renew us from within, so that our lives may bear authentic witness to Christ. May our faith not merely be something we profess with our lips, but something we live faithfully each day. Amen
