Let us pray with today’s Gospel Reading (Luke 24:35-48):

Lord Jesus Christ, Risen Lord,

You stood among Your disciples and said, “Peace be with you.” In their fear and confusion, You brought calm, assurance, and hope. Lord, come into our hearts today and speak Your peace to us. In moments of anxiety, doubt, and uncertainty, remind us that You are truly alive and present among us. You showed Your hands and Your feet, the marks of Your Passion now transformed in glory. Help us to see that our wounds, too, can be transformed by Your grace into signs of healing and redemption.

Open our minds, O Lord, as You opened the minds of the disciples to understand the Scriptures. Deepen our faith in Your Word, and help us to trust in Your saving plan. You ate before them, revealing that You are not a distant Savior, but the Living One who shares our life. Stay close to us, Lord, in our daily experiences and struggles.

Risen Christ, You have called us to be witnesses of Your Passion, Death, and Resurrection. Give us courage to proclaim repentance and forgiveness in Your Name to the whole world. May our lives reflect Your peace, our words proclaim Your truth, and our actions reveal Your love. Fill us with the joy of the Resurrection, and send us forth as messengers of hope to a world longing for light. Alleluia! Alleluia! Amen
