Let us pray with today’s Gospel Reading (John 6:16-21):

Lord Jesus, Risen Saviour,

In the darkness of the night and the turmoil of the sea, You came to Your disciples walking upon the waters, bringing peace where there was fear. Come to us, Lord, in the storms of our lives. When we are overwhelmed, anxious, or afraid, help us to hear Your voice saying, “It is I; do not be afraid.”

Lord, strengthen our faith when we struggle to trust You. When the winds are against us and the journey feels long, remind us that You are always near, guiding us safely toward the shore. Enter into the boat of our hearts, O Lord, and calm every fear, every doubt, every worry. Grant us courage to welcome You fully, and peace to rest in Your presence. For You are our refuge and our salvation, our light in the darkness, and our sure hope in every storm. Amen
