Let us pray with today’s Gospel Reading (Matthew 5:17-19):

Lord Jesus Christ,

You declare today: “I have come not to abolish the Law or the Prophets, but to fulfill them.” Teach us to see in You the fullness of God’s plan of salvation. Help us to love Your commandments, not as burdens, but as expressions of Your wisdom and love. May Your Word be the foundation of our lives and the light that directs our path. Lord, forgive us for the times we have ignored Your teachings, compromised our faith, or chosen convenience over fidelity to the Gospel. Renew within us a sincere desire to follow You with all our hearts.

Lord, grant us the grace to be faithful in both the great and the small things. Help us to remember that holiness is often built through daily acts of obedience, charity, honesty, prayer, and service. As disciples of Christ, may we not only hear Your Word but live it. Let our example inspire others to seek You, and may our lives become a testimony to the beauty of the Gospel.

Lord Jesus, bless our families, our communities, and our Church. Strengthen parents, teachers, catechists, and all who hand on the faith to future generations. Lord, may we never set aside Your teachings, but rather embrace them with joy, live them with conviction, and share them with love. For You live and reign with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God forever and ever. Amen
